No. While liquid waterproofing is most associated with flat and low-pitched roofs, we work on the full range of commercial roof types including profiled metal industrial roofs, asbestos cement sheet roofs, valley and box gutters, parapet gutters, and complex roofs with multiple penetrations and details.

Yes. We maintain current £10m insurance cover. Our operatives are directly employed, relevant operatives are CITB-trained, and we hold current manufacturer approvals and accredited-installer status. Qualifying systems can carry a 20-year guarantee subject to the written terms supplied for the project.

Yes. Our initial contractor-led roof condition survey supports repair or refurbishment advice and a fixed-price written quotation, free of charge with no obligation. Safe access, coverage and exclusions are agreed before the visit. It is not an independent structural or asbestos survey; specialist access and diagnostic testing are not automatically included.

We provide fixed-price quotations in writing following the free site survey. The proposal identifies the agreed specification, system, area and price; any changes to the agreed scope are addressed in writing.

Project duration depends on the specified product, weather, access, roof condition and scope. The written programme and product system data control sequencing, cure periods and completion requirements for the project.

The need for closures, phased work or localised restrictions depends on the system, site access, building use and risk controls. The survey and written programme identify the appropriate arrangements for the project.

A surveyor visits the site, takes measurements, photographs the roof condition, identifies visible substrate or structural concerns, and discusses your requirements. We then prepare a written recommendation and fixed-price quotation.

Out-of-hours or weekend work can be considered for retail, healthcare, education or distribution sites where the agreed programme and site constraints require it. Any programme and associated costs are set out in the fixed-price written quotation.

We can meet the standard contractor pre-qualification requirements typically asked of commercial roofing specialists for framework and tender purposes. Current accreditation documentation is supplied on request as part of any tender submission.

Yes. A current asbestos management or refurbishment survey must be in place before any work begins on any building constructed before 2000. If you do not hold a current survey, we can recommend accredited asbestos consultants. We will not commence work without confirmed survey documentation.

CDM roles, method statements, risk assessments, site logistics and handover documentation are agreed for the specific project and recorded in the written project arrangements.

Roof access is planned through a project-specific work-at-height assessment. The selected access method may include MEWPs, scaffold edge protection, fall-arrest systems or other suitable controls, as set out in the written plan.

Our roofing operatives are directly employed and installation is kept in-house. Relevant operatives are CITB-trained; role-specific training and site requirements are confirmed in the project documentation.

Project-specific health and safety documentation, training records and current insurance evidence can be provided during pre-qualification or tender review.
